Su caracter\u00edstica distintiva es que puede permitir m\u00e1s distancia frigor\u00edfica entre unidad interior y exterior, adem\u00e1s es capaz de controlar de forma precisa la cantidad de refrigerante que se suministra a cada unidad interior. Esto se logra mediante el uso de compresores de velocidad variable (generalmente del tipo inverter) y v\u00e1lvulas electr\u00f3nicas de expansi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En lugar de tener una \u00fanica unidad interior conectada a un compresor como en los sistemas split tradicionales, el sistema VRF permite conectar m\u00faltiples unidades interiores (de diferentes tipos: cassette, conductos, splits, suelo-techo, etc.) a una sola unidad exterior o a varias. El sistema es capaz de ajustar el flujo de refrigerante de manera continua y precisa, optimizando el rendimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Componentes_principales_de_un_sistema_VRF\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Componentes principales de un sistema VRF<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A continuaci\u00f3n describiremos los varios componentes claves para el correcto funcionamiento del sistema VRF:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Unidad exterior: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contiene uno o varios compresores inverter que modulan su velocidad en funci\u00f3n de la demanda.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Unidades interiores:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Diversos tipos de evaporadores instalados en las estancias, que se encargan de distribuir el aire acondicionado.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Red de tuber\u00edas de refrigerante:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Conecta la unidad exterior con todas las interiores, transportando el refrigerante en estado l\u00edquido y gaseoso.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Termostato y sensores:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Para regular temperatura, flujo de refrigerante y operaci\u00f3n individual de cada unidad interior.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ventajas_del_sistema_VRF\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ventajas del sistema VRF<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La ventajas de instalar un sistema VRF es que al utilizar compresores inverter y regular el flujo de refrigerante seg\u00fan la demanda real, los sistemas VRF consumen menos energ\u00eda que sistemas convencionales. Adem\u00e1s se puede controlar la temperatura de forma independiente en cada zona o estancia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otra de las ventajas de instalar un sistema VRF es que se instalan menos cantidades de unidades exteriores.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFCuando_se_usa_un_sistema_VRF\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo se usa un sistema VRF?<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El sistema VRF es ideal cuando se requiere:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Climatizaci\u00f3n simult\u00e1nea de m\u00faltiples espacios con diferentes necesidades t\u00e9rmicas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alta eficiencia energ\u00e9tica en operaci\u00f3n continua o a largo plazo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dise\u00f1o arquitect\u00f3nico flexible, que permita instalaciones discretas y personalizadas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Control individual de zonas, como en hoteles, oficinas, cl\u00ednicas, edificios comerciales y residenciales de lujo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Espacios donde el ruido debe mantenerse al m\u00ednimo, como hospitales o bibliotecas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Desventajas_o_limitaciones\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desventajas o limitaciones<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El coste inicial de este sistema puede ser un coste muy elevado.Aunque su eficiencia lo compensa con el tiempo, la inversi\u00f3n inicial es significativa. Este sistema requiere de un personal altamente capacitado para su dise\u00f1o, instalaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aunque el sistema VRF ha mejorado mucho con el tiempo, sigue habiendo un l\u00edmite en las longitudes m\u00e1ximas de tuber\u00eda y diferencia de altura entre unidades interiores y exteriores.
