La orientaci\u00f3n determina la cantidad de luz solar. Si es un sitio m\u00e1s soleado, la estancia ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s caliente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Tama\u00f1o de la vivienda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Es muy importante conocer el tama\u00f1o para poder elegir un modelo u otro.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Nivel de aislamiento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: El nivel de aislamiento es importante conocerlo para saber si la vivienda tiene una mejor o peor eficiencia energ\u00e9tica. Si el nivel de aislamiento es alto, tendr\u00e1 p\u00e9rdidas de calefacci\u00f3n y de energ\u00eda.
